Cancellation Policy

Booking Cancellation & Rescheduling Terms

Same-day cancellations are not permitted for one-off services. For one-off services, a minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule an appointment. For regular cleaning services, a minimum of one (1) month’s notice is required for cancellation. Emergency or short-notice cancellations may incur a service charge of £40.50. Rescheduling is permitted up to six (6) times per service agreement. Any further rescheduling requests may be refused. PHT Cleaning Services Ltd reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or refuse any service at its sole discretion.
